Return Policy 30 Day Money Back
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. There will be no refunds after 30 days. If the return is due to our error, we will in addition pay for all shipping costs to send you a replacement.
If delivery is refuse upon arrival, a full refund will be credited, minus shipping costs, (if shipping was added) and a 15% restocking fee, provided the product has not been opened.
To return a product, simply call us at 1-800-569-6084 or Log In to your account and click on RMA request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When your RMA is issued, we will send a pickup for the package. As the shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the package is ready for pickup by UPS.
Once your package arrives to us, we will follow up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 2-3 days after arrival to process the credit.
