Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, in new condition, within 30 days for a refund or replacement. If the return is due to our error, We will pay for all shipping cost to send you a replacement.

Most of our products have a one(1) year free replacement warranty from manufacturers defect.

Returns more than 30 days beyond date of sale will be handled by manufacturers warranty and can incur a small shipping and handling fee.

Shipping Method
At this time, Parker Battery ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States.
We ship by UPS or U.S.P.S. Items with Free Shipping will be shipped out using U.S.P.S. only.

Please note that our warehouse does not ship on weekends & holidays

*Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out of stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. Parker Battery will make every attempt to meet shiping deadlines.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is accepted the normal time to process your order is 1 to 4 (business) days (many cases same day).

Most items will be shipped out within 24 hrs after receiving the order.

We continually update and revised the products that are sold through this site, and products sometime may be discontinued. If we are out of stock of a particular battery, we will ship a Equal or better battery the same size, at the same price.
